The History of the Church from Jesus to 300AD will Be Shown on Video
If you have wondered about what happened to the apostles and the rest of the Christian church the first centuries after Jesus ascended into heaven, a series of six videos examines this history. The videos are filmed on location and use dramatizations to depict events that unfolded in the years after 30AD. These videos will be shown during the Wednesday Bible studies in West Bend and at 9am Sunday mornings in Emmetsburg. The first of these videos will be shown in West Bend on Wednesday, February 13th, and in Emmetsburg on Sunday, February 10th.

News From the Lutheran Hour Ministries Office in Turbulent Kenya
The Kenya office has been closed for much of January, mostly due to the fact that navigating the streets of Nairobi has become dangerous for members of certain ethnic tribes who are being targeted by armed mobs or caught in the crossfire between protestors and police. Some staff members have been forced from their homes and have taken their families to find shelter in makeshift camps in and around the city. However, wherever they are, they continue to use the Gospel to encourage and witness to the people around them.
