The Olsons in Kazakhstan
St Paul Lutheran Church is supporting Morris and Jean Olson, missionaries to Kazakhstan. Both Morris and Jean are involved with the blind and visually impaired in the Taldykorgan area by reaching out with the Gospel in Braille and other formats. The Olsons relocated to the city of Taldykorgan in July 2007. Previously, they served in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 2003 to 2007 and St. Petersburg, Russia, from 1993 to 2001.
Contemporary Worship
On Sunday, April 27th, both congregations look forward to a contemporary service in celebration of Jesus’ resurrection from the dead. We thank the praise choirs, musicians and especially Paula Tippie and Mary Dawson for the considerable time and effort they put in to make these services possible.
Midweek School
With confirmation Sunday, April 13th, mid week school closes out another year. Many thanks to the teachers, parents and students who all contribute to the Christian education of the Lord’s children and youth.

In both congregations, these services will be held in June and continued only if there is sufficient interest. In West Bend, there will be June worship on Friday at 6pm. In Emmetsburg there will be June worship on Thursday at 6pm.
